Just a hard working basketball player with a relentless and humble mindset. Will not be outwork in a game, workout, practice, or even a game of horse.
* Coach Keith and Outwork Performance really played a vital role in me gaining my confidence back in my knee and game. I've learned skills that I've been able to show off at Pro Euro Exposure Camps.

Over the years, basketball has become my 2nd love. Only 2nd because I put God first. I take pride in my game. I was always very athletic, but working with Outwork Performance really helped my game reach another level. I've known Coach Keith for about 3 years now, and he's the most dedicated trainer I've ever worked with. He put me through some tough workouts, but I saw instant improvements in my game. I've even shared some of the drills with some of my teammates, and they love them. Coach Keith really brought the best out of me. Not only on the court, but mentally. He's a very positive, motivating individual. I'm playing college basketball now, and hopefully when I'm done here, I'll play professionally. I'll definitely still be training with Outwork Performance during my off seasons.

I have a huge passion for the game and I am extremely competitive. I have put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into this game and I play to win no matter who my opponent is. I told Keith that he put me through the toughest individual workout in my whole life and that was the honest truth. Thanks to him I now have plenty of drills to work on my game. If you want to work hard and maximize your talent then outwork performance is perfect for you.

Outwork performance making true basketball player

Meeting Coach Keith was a true blessing. Ever since my 9th grade year I've been trying to find a trainer that could enhance my game and floor knowledge. The end of my 11th grade year I found him. He's improved my all around game. Working out with him improved my dribbling, shooting, and court awareness. I've never been through a tougher workout than his. He love the game of basketball which makes his training passionate. He's a great guy all the way around and I'm so thankful for him. He's one of the big reasons I'm able to attend Anderson University and play college basketball!
